Jill Leeson has been a lifelong outdoor enthusiast and Steamboat local for over 30 years. She is inspired by the natural beauty of each season in the Yampa Valley, and uses watercolor, acrylic, and oil, sometimes even blending them into mixed media pieces, to create this stunning collection.
